- Shipping Forms
- Injector Identification Sheet
- List of OBDII Codes
- Fact Sheet on Dirty Injectors
- Making Old Injectors New Again
Please download and print these two forms. If you do not have a printer, your local office supply store or shipping store can print them. You can ship your dirty fuel injectors from most office supply stores, too. The Customer Information form has your name, address and phone number, as well as your car information. The Shipping Label can be taped to your box.
The Injector Identification Sheet shows the different types of injectors we clean.
This List of OBDII Codes shows the different codes that can be caused by dirty injectors. Print this out and put it in your tool box!
This Fact Sheet shows how to know when to get your injectors cleaned.
This graphic tells what you can't see inside your dirty injectors.
Common conversions are:
lbs/hour = cc per minute / 10.2
lbs per hour = HP / 2.04
cc per minute = lbs per hour x 10.2
cc per minute = HP x 5
HP = cc per minute / 5
HP = lbs per hour x 2.04
For every 50% increase in fuel pressure, there is a 25% increase in flow. This means that if we list a 200cc flow on a 19# injector, we are testing that at 43.3 lbs. If you are running 55 lbs, then:
55 INC
—— X —— = % increase
43.3 100
or 55 times 100 divided by 43.3 is a 127% increase. Therefore, 200cc times 1.27 is 254cc.
